Reconstruction Capital II Limited ("RC2", "the Company“) is a closed-ended company created to invest in private and listed equity securities and fixed-income securities, including convertible and other mezzanine instruments, primarily in Romania and Bulgaria.

RC2 was admitted to AIM, a market owned and operated by the London Stock Exchange Plc on December 2005, and was delisted from it on 18 December 2023.

The Company has been liquidated on 9 September 2026.
