RC2 is incorporated in the Cayman Islands and as such does not fall under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules (DTR), published by the UK Financial Services Authority. Statutory disclosure of significant shareholdings in the Company is therefore different to that required under the DTR and may not always ensure compliance with the requirements of AIM Rule 17.

 

 

In the terms of the AIM Rules published February 2007 and insofar as it is aware, at 31 December 2022, 60.47% of the Company's AIM securities will not be in public hands.
